Our coaches are the heart of everything we do. By investing in comprehensive training and development, we ensure that every InsideTrack coach is fully proficient in our coaching methodology. Coaching Professionals
All InsideTrack coaches are paid employees, not independent contractors or volunteers. We invest in the professional development of our coaches to ensure transformative outcomes.
Trained and Certified Specialists
Coaches are trained and certified in our research-proven methodology. During their first year, each coach receives 100+ hours of professional development and 15–20 quality observations, then 30+ hours in each subsequent year.
Qualified Experts
A full 100% of InsideTrack coaches have a bachelor’s degree, and 28% have a master’s degree — and they all took many different paths to get there.
