Accelerating growth, advancing our mission

We’re proud to announce that last month, InsideTrack joined the Strada Education Network, which marks an exciting new chapter for InsideTrack and our partners.

In 2014, we began working with Strada (formerly USA Funds) to close the achievement gap for underrepresented college students in Indiana. With support from Strada, InsideTrack partnered with the Indiana Commission for Higher Education and several public institutions to improve persistence and completion among 21st Century Scholars.

Since that time, InsideTrack has expanded its impact by bringing coaching solutions to more than 1.5 million students across 1,600 institutions.

Strada’s prominence as an education leader will help propel InsideTrack’s advances in the methodology and technology of student support. We look forward to accelerating development of our uCoach® Technology and Analytics Platform, introducing new coaching services, and evolving our capabilities to generate meaningful insights on the student experience through enhanced data analytics. Fueled by Strada’s investment, InsideTrack can increase our capacity to support more students and engage an increasingly diverse range of institutions.

This growth is already underway. Official announcement of our affiliation with Strada came on the heels of another major InsideTrack milestone: receiving a significant grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to support institutional success at community colleges across the country. As an extension of the Gates Foundation’s Integrated Planning and Advising for Student Success (iPASS) initiative, InsideTrack will work with four community colleges across the U.S. to develop highly personalized student support services.

The Gates Foundation’s investment elevates our capacity building services and enables us to nurture the continuous improvement of institution-wide systems. It also provides us with new channels to support students from traditionally underrepresented populations, in line with our ongoing commitment to introduce tailored services for underrepresented students as well as military-connected and adult students.

We’ll continue to focus on these programs in the coming months, as well as our Strong Start, Re-engagement and Re-entry, and Career coaching services. Infused with new support and resources as a member of Strada’s network, InsideTrack will build upon its 16-year history of generating measurable results from our coaching solutions while we continue to seek new opportunities for unlocking potential in students and institutions.
