InsideTrack Coaching is a personalized program designed to motivate the right students to enroll and fully support them in the transition to college. Grounded in research and supported by expertise developed over a decade, InsideTrack Coaching combines rigorous Coach training and certification processes, innovative, web-based tools and expert program management in a clearly defined, scalable package. InsideTrack Coaching measurably improves yield rates, differentiates the university and systematically captures helpful student feedback about the university and its primary competitors.
InsideTrack partners with universities to customize and deliver the InsideTrack Coaching program. We provide and manage the Coaching staff and handle the implementation process from start to finish, including student and parent communications, campus-specific Coach training, and program administration. Prior to implementing InsideTrack Coaching, we conduct a site audit, create a tailored delivery plan, and assign a Campus Director to monitor and manage the program.
Coaching starts in January, after acceptance letters are sent. Coaches reach out to admitted students and their parents, encouraging them to articulate their vision for college, answering questions about the university, and developing ongoing relationships with them.
Coaching sessions focus on finding the right match between student and university, preparing for the upcoming transition, and identifying key educational goals. When school begins, students who have participated in the InsideTrack Coaching program are more connected to the university and are more prepared to succeed. Coaching continues through the first semester, ensuring a smooth transition to college.
