Shereen Chahal is 21 and pursuing her dream of becoming a teacher. A graduate student at Chapman University College (Yuba City campus), she is taking classes towards her teaching credential and student teaching at the same time.

Feeling overwhelmed in her first term, Shereen turned to her InsideTrack coach, for help.

"Kate helped me to organize my time, to break down my projects into smaller pieces so that they weren't so overwhelming," Shereen says. "Instead of sitting down to write a whole essay, she showed me that I could work for an hour or two instead of for the entire day. Now, if I look at a task I know I only have to work on it for short periods of time."

Just as important, says Shereen, "Kate helped me realize that it's important to go out and have fun so that I'm not stressed out all the time."

Shereen also says that Kate has helped her learn how to solve problems herself: "She asks me questions to help me come up with my own answers."
