Deciding to return to school for her Bachelor of Science degree wasn't difficult for Heather Forbes. Finding the right program, one that would work with her schedule as an ER nurse and her responsibilities as a mother of four, was more of a challenge.

An inquiry to Northeastern University OnLine was answered by InsideTrack coach Meaghan Joyce. "Meaghan explained what the classes were about, helped me with planning and walked me through the application process," Heather says.

Heather now speaks with her coach on a weekly basis. "We catch up, talk about what's going on, and see if there is anything she can help me with. She keeps me up-to-date on when to apply for classes and helps me with the financial aid process."

Heather's experience with her coach was so positive that she encouraged her mother, Diane Wojdag, to call Meaghan about transferring from another online program. Diane is now a Northeastern OnLine student as well and, like her daughter, on her way to completing her undergraduate degree.
