How InsideTrack Coaching Works
InsideTrack coaches meet with each student once a week. Together, the student and coach define the student's long- and short-term goals, make a plan to help the student achieve those goals, and review the student's progress in seven key Focus Areas.
Because different people may have different pathways to success, InsideTrack coaches take the time to really get to know students, and understand their hopes, goals, and passions. They work with each student to tackle any roadblocks that come between the student and his or her own, personal definition of success-in and outside of class.
In addition, in between one-on-one meetings, students and coaches can keep track of students' progress via a collaborative, Web-based tool.
Since students meet with their coach for just 30 minutes each week, InsideTrack coaching doesn't get in the way of more important things, like studying-or getting together with friends.
"I was a good student before I came to college, but not very organized. My Coach has helped me to become more organized, and learn how to prioritize and have more balance in my life. Now I get better results and I'm less stressed out."
