InsideTrack and the University of Dayton

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, March 18, 2009 — InsideTrack, Inc. announced today that the University of Dayton has selected InsideTrack to develop the University of Dayton Coaching Program for admitted students. The Dayton Coaching Program will communicate the unique value of the University for undecided students considering Dayton, and will facilitate the transition to college for those who choose to attend. In addition, the program aims to engage students more deeply in the Dayton community. The net impact of the program will be an increase in the first-year yield rate, decreased deposit melt, and an improvement first-year student satisfaction with the Dayton experience. The University of Dayton, a top ten national private, Catholic research institution, has long been an early adopter of innovative solutions to improve enrollment. Dayton's partnership with InsideTrack reinforces the university's leadership in the field of enrollment management. "Our partnership with InsideTrack is a result of our realization that both prospective and enrolled students benefit from multiple levels of support and engagement," said Sundar Kumarasamy, Vice President of Enrollment Management at the University of Dayton. "We are confident that InsideTrack's unique and high-quality coaching programs will not only create a more engaged University of Dayton student, they will help us improve our enrollment performance in a very challenging economic climate."

By leveraging InsideTrack's one-on-one Enrollment Coaching expertise, the University of Dayton will strengthen student affinity with the university. Through Enrollment Coaching, admitted students will gain an improved understanding of the diverse resources and unique programs that the university offers, as well as begin to work with their Coach to maximize their college experience and achieve their goals. Through this process, incoming students will establish relationships with University of Dayton community members and develop a deeper sense of affiliation with the university long before school starts in August. When school starts, the University of Dayton will launch the Success Coaching Program, offering new students an added layer of support as they navigate their first term.

Kai Drekmeier, President of InsideTrack, notes, "We are energized about our partnership with the University of Dayton and their forward-thinking enrollment management division. In this economy, parents and students are expecting more from universities, and it is as important as ever to focus on enhancing quality and value. That is exactly the direction Dayton is headed."

The University of Dayton is committed to ensuring that its students fully experience the benefits of a Dayton education — their Success Coaching Program will help to make that commitment a reality.
