In addition to driving changes in student behavior, coach-student conversations also generate valuable feedback for university administrators. Listen to a panel of experienced, professional coaches from InsideTrack as they discuss what students are telling them about their college experience—which could be different from what you are hearing.
This complementary, one-hour webinar brings together coaches working with traditional and adult students enrolled in ground, online, and hybrid programs. The panel shares unique insights from their work with a broad range of different student populations and advice for administrators looking to turn those insights into action.

Melanye Thompson thrives in a coaching atmosphere. She was drawn to InsideTrack because she is a natural motivator and emphatically endorses the value of education. During her time with the company, Melanye has worked with both prospective and enrolled students. Josh Fegles
Josh works from a conviction that students can change their lives by not only getting a degree, but by fully engaging in the process of education. This is why he’s so passionate about coaching, because he continues to see coaching move students forward in both academics as well as personal and professional growth. Having dedicated his career to education and leadership, working with InsideTrack has proven to be the perfect context in which to create positive change. Josh has worked entirely with adult students seeking first time degrees, secondary degrees and degree completion. As a husband and a father of three, Josh understands the demands that many adult students are faced with as they return to college. Personally connecting with the value of his degree as well as the importance of his family helps deepen his approach to student success. Josh received his Bachelor’s degree with Honors from Multnomah University in Biblical Theological Studies and Intercultural Studies.
