How InsideTrack Measures Success
Our mission at InsideTrack is to serve students and the schools they're attending. We measure our success with both of these goals in mind.
InsideTrack works together with schools to identify key metrics to measure the success of our coaching programs-anything from GPA, credits earned, and student satisfaction to enrollment yield, persistence rates, graduation rates, total enrollment, tuition revenue per student, and the likes. Our success depends on our ability to meet those goals.
For individual InsideTrack coaches, success involves meeting specific metrical goals among the students to which that coach has been assigned. InsideTrack coaching success also involves achieving certification levels in a timely manner.
To date, thousands of students have benefited from InsideTrack coaching services. Here are some of their stories:

"Teresa told me she was bored with school and was going to transfer to a community college near home at the end of the semester. When we talked some more, it became clear that the real issue was that she didn't have clear plans for her future or reasons for being at school. We talked about what she wanted from school, and in a career. By the end of the semester, she no longer wanted to leave, because she understood why she was in school. She was also ready to declare her major and was a lot more excited about the classes she had chosen for the next semester."
