Frank Roman is one student who has taken advantage of all that InsideTrack coaching has to offer. A 19-year-old accounting major at DeVry Long Beach, he stops by the on-campus coaching center whenever he needs help.

When his grades started to slip after a strong first term, the support of his coach helped him to catch up. Now Frank is working towards the goal of moving into his own apartment. At the suggestion of his coach, he has added a part-time work-study job at the registrar's office to supplement his hours at a local supermarket. He and his coach are also using a budget worksheet to help him figure out his expenses and what he will be able to afford when he moves.

"Everything I've needed, my coaches have put me in the right direction so that I can find help," he says. "They’ve helped me when I've had academic problems or have had to fight for a grade, with class schedules and with issues at home when there have been conflicts. No matter what happens, they’re always there."
