Whether she needs assistance with academic issues, the financial aid process or time management, Carolyne Martin turns to her InsideTrack coach, David Newman, for help.

An undergraduate at DeVry University Online, Carolyne credits David with helping her balance attending school full-time, working full-time and motherhood. "David is very encouraging and attuned to the difficulties that I have faced," she explains.

On the few occasions when she has had trouble academically, Carolyne adds, "we talked about the course to pinpoint where I might have gone wrong and what steps I am willing to take to improve."

Coaching has helped me to stay focused. I have learned to write out a plan and make room for adjustments in order to explore my objectives, my options, and how I can achieve the same goals even if I need to take a different route."

As Carolyne works to further her education and her career, David is right there beside her, encouraging her every step of the way. "I feel very blessed to have met him," she says.
