Arizona State University and Lynn University Bring Success Coaching to Campus

InsideTrack's Innovative Student Coaching Service Builds Momentum Among a Diverse Group of Colleges and Universities

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, September 18, 2007 — InsideTrack announced today that Arizona State University and Lynn University signed agreements with the company to implement Success Coaching for first-year students. Both Lynn University, a private, not-for-profit liberal arts institution in Boca Raton, Florida, and Arizona State University, a public Research I institution, will introduce InsideTrack Success Coaching to groups of entering freshmen.

InsideTrack provides student coaching services that increase student retention, total enrollment, graduation rates, and tuition revenues. The service is being widely adopted by colleges and universities as an innovative retention program delivered to more than 75,000 students to date. Much as enrollment services gained favor beginning more than ten years ago and are now mainstream, InsideTrack believes success coaching for students will become commonplace at colleges and universities within the next decade.

"The fact that a small liberal arts university and one of the largest public universities in the country are introducing Success Coaching this fall points to the broad interest in, and adoption of, InsideTrack's approach to student motivation and achievement," says Paul Reddy, Vice President of Business Development. "Success Coaching has increased student engagement and persistence at many types of institutions and is easily integrated into existing student support programs."

At Lynn University, Success Coaching will be offered to the entire freshman enrollment. According to Dr. Kevin Ross, Lynn University's President, "Lynn University's vision is to be one of the most innovative and individualized universities in the country. Success Coaching is aligned with our philosophy and adds another layer to our student-centered approach."

"We are excited to be implementing this innovative approach to student success," said Dr. James Rund, ASU Vice President for University Student Initiatives. "By providing students with an additional level of personal support, coaching will increase their effectiveness, enhance their performance and set the stage for their continued growth and success."

InsideTrack clients include a broad range of non-profit and for-profit institutions that offer traditional degree-granting programs on campus, continuing education programs, and online programs. Lynn University and Arizona State University join a list of clients that includes Chapman University, California State University, Northeastern University, Our Lady of the Lake University, University of Redlands, and others.
