InsideTrack Coach Training & Certification
In order to ensure that InsideTrack coaches provide a consistently high level of service to the students and educational institutions we serve, all our coaches go through an extensive training and certification process.
When they first join InsideTrack, all coaches take part in an in-depth training course, during which they learn the ins and outs of how we help students and schools.
The real backbone of our coach training is our Certification Program, which recognizes coaches for achieving four levels of coaching mastery. In order to advance, coaches submit a portfolio showing evidence of their coaching skills and professional development, and take an exam comprising written, oral, and coaching-evaluation components. Only when they meet our rigorous standards do they progress to the next certification level.
Typically, our coaches also undergo training on the campuses to which they're assigned, to ensure they have a deep understanding of the processes, policies, and campus resources at each school we work with.
The InsideTrack certification and training process ensures that all our coaches possess the dedication and professionalism needed to provide the high level of service that students and schools have come to expect from InsideTrack.
