InsideTrack Coaching Job Requirements
Working either on-site at one of our client colleges, or remotely at one of our Metro Coaching Centers, Insidetrack Coaches come from a variety of backgrounds bringing a wealth of wisdom and experience from many fields of employment. Among our coaches you'll find educators, professional athletes, poets, business people, counselors, artists, and yes, coaches. Though experiences vary, there's one thing our Coaches have in common: A sincere desire to be the catalyst for helping others succeed.
Here are a few traits we seek in potential Coaches:
- A bachelors degree or higher, with evidence of strong academic performance
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to connect, motivate, and inspire others
- A high level of emotional intelligence
- The ability to work well in a team
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Facility in the use of database systems and the MS Office software suite
A typical Insidetrack Coach works with anywhere from 70 to 85 students on a weekly basis-so excellent time-management and organizational skills are an absolute requirement.
