NASPA and InsideTrack Launch Benchmarking Survey on Military Student Success
NASPA – Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education and InsideTrack today launched a joint survey to assess the efforts of colleges and universities to measure and enhance the success of active duty military students and student veterans.
The survey, which was sent to student affairs leaders at nearly 1100 NASPA member institutions this morning, is designed to assess:
- The degree to which colleges and universities are tracking retention and completion rates for current and former members of the military separately from the rest of the student population

Student affairs professionals cannot complement what goes on in the classroom if they do not know what is being taught or what students are expected to learn.
At the same time, faculty members have vague and usually inaccurate ideas about the programs and activities in student affairs.
