Coaching enables students to take a step back and develop a vision for where they want to be at graduation and beyond. Working with their Coach, students develop an academic plan that includes internships, personal objectives, and academic goals. Coaches collaborate with other student services to ensure that students are connected with the right resources and taking steps to make their goals a reality.

Adult students often juggle a full-time job, family commitments and financial challenges in addition to a demanding academic load. InsideTrack Coaching motivates students to consistently use key tools that will take their time management, budgeting and other life skills to the next level - enabling them to be more effective in college and beyond.
Be healthy and happy
InsideTrack looks holistically at student success, monitoring and helping students set goals around physical fitness, healthy eating habits and stress management. Coaches also work to refer students who are struggling with adjustment issues to the right resources, ensuring that students are fully supported as they transition back to college.
Tools and resources
InsideTrack leverages a suite of online tools to track student progress and keep coaches and students connected. These tools include RightTrack, our proprietary goal achievement software for students, as well as Facebook, 43things and more. We also provide resources for students to help them vision their lives, master life skills, and stay on track.
A proven methodology
InsideTrack's coaching methodology is based student engagement research developed by Sanford, Rendon, Astin, Tinto, Gardner, and Kuh. We integrated their insights into a robust methodology which has been refined over the past decade with more than 250,000 students. In addition, our Advisory Board consists of experts in higher education who provide ongoing insight into how we can better serve students.
