Sheree Fields has made a career of transforming the workplace through relationships. Sheree joined InsideTrack because she has a passion for building students’ skills through coaching, as well as helping organizations to be more innovative and excellent. Prior to InsideTrack, Sheree freelanced as an executive coach, working with business leaders in the Greater Portland area. She has also served as Chief Operating Officer for the Girl Scouts of the Columbia River Council. Sheree holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development from the University of Akron, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Marylhurst University.
