Lois Bukowski has more than 19 years of experience in secondary and higher education, recruiting, coaching, training and performance management. As an integral member of our Operations Leadership team, Lois is ultimately responsible for managing our recruiting, hiring and staffing processes; maintaining our selectivity and assigning coaches to appropriate campuses. She also is our Employee Relations liaison, providing human resources support to managers and employees alike. Lois works collaboratively with the Professional Development group specifically in the areas of leadership development and management training. Prior to InsideTrack, she worked in the Technology, Education and Non-Profit sectors as a manager, recruiter, teacher and coach. She has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s College of Arts and Sciences, was a Charter Corps Member of Teach for America and has been very involved with USA Rugby for decades as a player, referee and coach.
