Kai Drekmeier has made a life commitment to helping others as a leader and innovator in the field of education. At InsideTrack, Kai is responsible for development of coaching programs with new clients, for business partnerships, and for organizational outreach. In the past Kai has also held a number of other key functions at InsideTrack, including performance management, professional development, and recruiting. Kai also plays an important role in managing the growth and strategic direction of InsideTrack. Prior to InsideTrack, Kai co-founded SCORE! Educational Centers, where he helped to develop the concept and served in a number of key operational roles crucial to the success and growth of the organization. Previously, Kai worked in secondary education and received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
