Derald Sue has spent his career designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions for mission-driven companies. At InsideTrack, he is responsible for the overall technology strategy including information technology infrastructure, systems, software development, and facilities. Derald previously served as interim Vice President of Operations where he ran InsideTrack’s coaching operations. Prior to InsideTrack, Derald was the director of information technology and customer service at Niman Ranch, a consumer products company. With deep experience in process improvement, Derald built Niman Ranch’s infrastructure and implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning and electronic scanning/tracking system to improve operational efficiency by integrating inventory, logistics, and back-office information into a single system. Prior to Niman Ranch, Derald was a technical project manager for Quokka Sports’ technology development group, was a senior consultant for Arch + Beam Global, a strategic IT consulting firm, and was a technical project manager for Capture Technologies, specializing in implementing enterprise call recording systems for contact centers, financial institutions, and public safety organizations. Derald received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
