Dave Dunlap is responsible for all coaching service operations, client management, professional development and staffing. Dave is a services industry veteran with a unique skill set resulting from more than 15 years of senior operational and IT roles, as well as five years of sales, marketing and client management roles. Most recently, Dave worked at ServiceSource, a technology service performance management company, where he was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations, responsible for technology and global infrastructure services. Before ServiceSource, Dave was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Intraware, a publicly traded services company, where he also served as Chief Operations Officer. Prior to his executive leadership experience at Intraware, Dave held positions at leading technology companies including PeopleSoft and Dataflex Corporation. He is a graduate of Cornell University, where he received his B.A. in Government.
