To ensure a high level of service to students and universities, InsideTrack requires each Coach to undergo a rigorous training and certification process. Coaches participate in an extensive coaching and campus training program and must pass a certification exam before they are eligible to work with students. Throughout their tenure, Coaches also receive ongoing training through additional professional certification levels. Each new level holds Coaches to exacting standards and requires evidence of improved coaching mastery and greater professional development.
Once certified, Coaches continue to develop their skills through ongoing professional development opportunities. Activities include one-on-one coaching quality feedback, professional development sessions, ongoing campus training meetings, and quarterly management and leadership summits. We also provide an in-depth Manager Training Program for Coaches who show an interest and ability to take on more responsibility.
Our strong growth provides InsideTrack team members with ample opportunities to learn a multitude of skills beyond coaching. In our San Francisco headquarters, for example, you will find former Coaches working in nearly every department, from marketing to recruiting and business development.
